Durham Police search for missing 16-year-old not seen in days

Concern is growing for a missing teen from County Durham.

Durham Police are searching for the missing boy from the North East who has not been seen for more than two days.

16-year-old Zak was last seen heading towards Prince Avenue, in Bowburn, County Durham, on Wednesday morning (September 9).

Zak was last spotted around 9.20am wearing a black and grey tracksuit and a dark puffer jacket.

Durham Police described the teen as "around 5ft 7inches tall, with short dark hair."

The force added: "If you have seen him or know where he is, please call us on 101, quoting incident number 50 of September 10."

Durham Police urge anyone with any information on Zak's whereabouts to call 101.
