A four-star country hotel near Durham is on the market for £2.1 million after its price was cut.
Sixty One sits in four acres of landscaped grounds in High Pittington, about three miles from Durham city centre.
It has seen its price slashed by £400,000 in recent days.

They added: "Lovely family atmosphere.
"Hotel has been renovated to a high standard and we were made to feel very welcome. Food was homemade and delicious.
"Will be back for a Sunday lunch as they looked beautiful."
Savills is handling the sale.
