A pair of sex offenders will have to wait until next month to learn their fate after their sentencing hearing was delayed.
Jim Smith and Paul Rhodes were both convicted of breaching the terms of their sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) over a two-month period.
Teesside Crown Court heard how the pair had unsupervised contact with children under 16 despite being barred from doing so due to the court order.
Rhodes, 43, of Norwich Gardens, Willington, and 42-year-old Smith, of no fixed address, were remanded in custody until next month.
Adjourning the case, Judge Deborah Sherwin said: “Both of you will be remanded in custody before being produced before the court on October 29 for sentence.”
