Amanda and Clive Owen now - Why they still work together

The pair, who have nine children, announced in June 2022 that they had decided to separate after 22 years of marriage.

But despite no longer being a couple, Amanda and Clive have remained closely linked through their family, farming life and the restoration of nearby farmhouse Anty John’s.

They are both appearing in Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids, which follows the family at Ravenseat and their work to transform the derelict property.

When did Amanda and Clive split?

Amanda and Clive confirmed their separation in 2022.

In a joint statement at the time, they said they had made the “difficult decision to separate” but would continue to work on the farm and co-parent their children.

The couple share nine children, Raven, Reuben, Miles, Edith, Violet, Sidney, Annas, Clementine and Nancy.

Their family life had been the focus of Our Yorkshire Farm, which first aired on Channel 5 in 2018.

Why do Amanda and Clive still work together?

The pair remain closely connected because of their children and the running of Ravenseat Farm.

They also continue to work on Anty John’s, the neighbouring farmhouse which the family is restoring.

The project is at the centre of Our Farm Next Door and has seen Amanda, Clive and their children work alongside builders and local tradespeople.

The family has been restoring the building over several series, with the project now moving further inside.

Are Amanda and Clive back together?

There has been no announcement that Amanda and Clive have reunited as a couple.

Instead, both have spoken in the past about continuing to work together after their separation.

Their shared responsibilities at Ravenseat and with their children mean they continue to spend time together.

That has also remained visible on television.

What are Amanda and Clive doing now?

Amanda continues to farm at Ravenseat and appear in Our Farm Next Door.

Clive also remains involved in farming and the Anty John’s restoration.

Their older children are increasingly following their own paths.

Raven has moved into scientific work, Reuben runs a machinery and groundworks business, and Miles is now working in farming.

The younger children continue to feature in Our Farm Next Door and help with farm jobs.

Our Farm Next Door has been commissioned for further episodes. The programme will continue to follow work at Anty John’s as well as family life at Ravenseat.

For Amanda and Clive, that means their lives remain closely connected despite their separation.
