Saltburn Food Festival returns for 11th year

Saltburn Food Festival is set to transform the Victorian seaside town into a giant open‑air dining room on Sunday, July 26 - showcasing the very best food and drink the Tees Valley has to offer.

Now in its 11th year, the 2026 event will once again take over Milton Street, Dundas Street and Station Street from 10am to 6pm, with around 150 traders and thousands of visitors expected.

Getting there: buses, trains and parking

Organisers are urging visitors to leave the car at home where possible. They have teamed up with Arriva to run buses into tht services are expected to be busy between 10am and noon, so travelling later or allowing extra time is advised.

Entry to the festival itself is free.

Producers, street food and sweet treats

Saltburn Food Festival will feature more than 150 traders, bringing together:

• Artisan drinks and bars – local distilleries and breweries, cocktail bars and mobile bars serving spirits, craft ales and soft drinks.
• Bakers and patisseries – traditional and modern bakeries offering breads, focaccia, pastries, scones and Portuguese and Italian specialities.
• Cheese, deli and cured meats – regional cheese makers and cheesemongers, deli counters and smokery/cured meat producers.
• Coffee, condiments and pantry goods – Teesside coffee roasters, chutneys, sauces, sea salt, honey, crisps, preserves and apple juice.
• Street food from around the world – vendors serving parmos, burgers, hot dogs, crepes, churros, Dutch pancakes, pizza, Indian, Thai, Armenian, Kashmiri, Turkish and more.
• Sweet treats and desserts – brownie and blondie stalls, cheesecake specialists, marshmallows, cookies, fudge, nougat, donuts and tarts.
• Dog treats and pet‑friendly stalls – natural dog treats, pupcakes and pet‑focused traders.

Crafts, homeware and information stalls – local makers selling crafts, candles and homeware, plus stalls from charities and organisations including Mountain Rescue and Dogs Trust.

With everything from African meats to artisan nougat, local sausages to global street food, organisers say the Saltburn Food Festival is designed as a day out for all ages -whether visitors want to graze their way around the town centre, pick up picnic supplies for the beach or stock the cupboards with local produce.

The festival runs from 10.00am to 6.00pm across Saltburn town centre.
