A County Durham pub has officially reopened after a full renovation and change in ownership.
The White Horse in Ferryhill welcomed customers back on July 3, after extensive work, which included painting the outside white, upgrading the beer garden and installing new draft lines.
The pub, on 23 Market Street, plans to host live music, entertainment, live sport, pool and darts.
The first day proved to be a huge success, with crowds turning out to support the new landlords.
The venue thanked customers in a Facebook post, saying: "Well, Ferryhill… we’re speechless.
"Our grand opening yesterday was absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t have done it without every single one of you.
