A new community store is now open and serving a fast-growing neighbourhood.
The 4,500 sq ft Co-op is the anchor tenant at Roseberry Place, a retail hub in Wynyard Park.
Roseberry Place features nine retail units, with other confirmed tenants including Headquarters Barbers, Shape Studios (Reformer Pilates), and Sun Tanning Co.
Additional occupiers will be announced in due course.
The opening has created 13 jobs and offers an in-store bakery, Costa Coffee Express, and a wide selection of products.
Residents can also access parcel collection services through Amazon, DPD, and InPost, as well as payment services via PayPoint.
Online delivery is available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat, with orders picked fresh in-store for rapid home delivery.

The development is positioned in a community already home to more than 1,100 homes.

Wynyard Park is designated as a Government-awarded Garden Village and is undergoing long-term development.
