Dunster House Ltd has applied for a licence to use a site on Wagonway Road/Windmill Way, Hebburn, as an operating base for one goods vehicle.
The company, based in Bedford, is not proposing to operate any trailers from the site.
Owners or occupiers of nearby land or buildings who feel their use or enjoyment of their property would be affected by the new operating centre have been invited to make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner.

The representations should be sent to Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, stating the reasons for the objection.
People wishing to object to the proposal have 21 days from the date of the notice to make their representations.
At the same time, they must also send a copy of their objections to the applicant, Dunster House Ltd, at their Bedford address.
