North Yorkshire features on BBC's Escape to the Country

Jessica Langford, who works in Northallerton for property and land consultancy youngsRPS, was featured on the daytime programme, which aired this week.

Her appearances come after producers selected multiple properties from the company’s portfolio for filming, including two homes in Osmotherley that appeared in the final episode.

The episode featured numerous locations in North Yorkshire, including Pateley Bridge, Osmotherley, and Thornton-le-Dale, among others.

It also saw Jessica meeting the BBC programme host, Richie Anderson.

Ms Langford was invited to participate after impressing the show’s production team with her professional approach, in-depth local knowledge, and expertise in the North Yorkshire property market.

The episode was filmed last autumn and aired this week.

Although the properties featured on the show have since been sold, youngsRPS said the programme underscored the rising national interest in North Yorkshire’s rural housing market.
