Marco Pierre White’s Durham steakhouse is teaming up with Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone beer for a special Father’s Day celebration in the city.

The restaurant in Old Elvet, will offer every dad a complimentary bottle of Hawkstone Lager or IPA.

This will be available on Sunday, June 21, when a special menu of starters, classic roasts and mains will be served.

Tom Orange, general manager, said: "Marco’s food is always a real hit with dads and the menu stays true to his philosophy of keeping things simple and we can’t wait to welcome families from across the area to enjoy this special day.

"To receive a bottle of the incredibly popular Hawkstone Lager or IPA is also an added bonus and we’re proud to work with Hawkstone.

"We’re passionate about welcoming guests into a great environment where service is of the highest standard.

"That’s why we’ll be pulling out all the stops to ensure that from the moment guests arrive, they feel special – especially the dads."

For diners looking to upgrade their meal, the restaurant is offering a Porterhouse T-Bone, a sharing dish recommended for two guests.

Hawkstone is the beer born from Jeremy Clarkson’s farm and brought to life in the hit TV show ‘Clarkson’s Farm’.

More details about the Father’s Day offer are available on the Marco Pierre White Durham restaurant website.
