Monster trucks, gravity-defying motocross stunts and live music are all set to take centre stage at a North East Party in the Park.

The attractions will be part of the event which returns to Stewart Park in Middlesbrough for a three-day extravaganza next month.

Ryan Crow of Crow Events said: "We have hopefully created an absolutely fantastic line-up across the weekend.

"And with new elements like Elevat85 and the incredible OG Performance Horses, it really is going to be an experience not to miss."

The event, taking place from May 15 to 17, will feature Big Pete’s Monster Trucks and a freestyle motocross show from the Broke FX team.

Riders will perform high-flying ramps, backflips, and mid-air whips.

New to this year’s line-up are the OG Performance Horses.

They will deliver a series of choreographed equestrian routines set to music.

Another new feature is Elevat85, which organisers describe as the world’s tallest mobile fairground ride.

Children and families can enjoy a dino invasion with dinosaur characters roaming the park.

These characters will be available for photos and interactions throughout the weekend.

Walkabout mascots and characters will also be out and about, including a tribute to internet favourite Ms Rachel.

Ms Rachel's What’s In the Box will bring singing, dancing, and interactive play to entertain the event’s youngest visitors.

The musical line-up includes a full programme of live performances.

This includes top tribute acts celebrating global superstars.

Kofi Taylor will perform the music of Harry Styles, and fans can also immerse themselves in the colourful world of K-pop.

Food vendors will be on hand throughout the park.

Options will range from churros and doughnuts to gourmet burgers and gyros.

Entry to the park on Friday is £2.

Most rides will also cost £2 on the opening day, from £3 over the weekend.

Entry is £5 on Saturday and Sunday, but this includes £10 worth of discount ride vouchers.

The event will run from 4pm to 10am on Friday, May 15, 11am to 9pm on Saturday, and 11am to 7pm on Sunday.
