A convicted sex offender landed himself back in court just days after being released from prison.
Christopher Waite failed to notify the police of his new address following his release, Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court heard.
John Garside, prosecuting, said the requirements of the 29-year-old’s sex offenders’ register notification requirements meant he had to register his address within three days.
Waite, of Lister Terrace, Wolsingham, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements following his release from prison on February 16.
He was fined £60 after he breached the court order.
