A new corner shop opened its doors in County Durham last week, as customers were treated to exclusive deals and a golden ticket hunt.
The new One Stop franchise store, working with an independent retailer, opened on Howletch Lane, Peterlee on Friday, January 30. The launch event was attended by members of the community.
The first 50 customers through the door were given One Stop goody bags, with five lucky customers also finding golden tickets hidden around the store. Those five customers each walked away with a £20 One Stop voucher.
One Stop has said the new store will provide the community with quality products and great deals on every day items.
Pictures from the opening show shelves stocked with name brand and One Stop products including alcohol, baby formula and freezer food.

The store is on Unit 2, 1 Howletch Lane, Peterlee, County Durham. It is open from 7am until 10pm every day.
Customers can take advantage of the lunchtime meal deal featuring a tasty range of fresh sandwiches, snacks and soft drinks.
They will also be able to pay bills via PayPoint and grab a MyCoffeeStation beverage in store.
