A man has appeared in court charged with breaching a court order when he used his Instagram account to contact a woman.
Luke Boyce also breached the terms of sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) on November 11 last year when he made a phone call to his victim.
Teesside Crown Court heard how the 25-year-old was made subject to the SHPO in June 2023.

Judge Aisha Waddodi adjourned the case until February 26 to allow more time for a victim impact statement to be submitted to the court.
She said: “Your case can’t be heard today as there is some information missing that I still require.”
Boyce, of Emmanuel Close, Darlington, had previously indicated guilty pleas to two charges of breaching his SHPO.
He was remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
