A new lifestyle and wellness series has been launched at Raby Castle.
Raby Castle has introduced the Raby Reset, a four-part programme designed to promote renewal, reflection, and reconnection for the year ahead.
The sessions, held every Sunday throughout January in the castle’s Riding School, have been developed in partnership with holistic wellness brand Guid-ed.

Lucy Pringle, founder of Guid-ed and leader of the Raby Reset series, said: "I've been on the brink of burnout myself and I knew I needed to make a change to not only recover from this, but to improve my health and wellbeing long-term.
"Through the techniques included in the Raby Reset series, I’ve been able to learn how to reconnect with my body, regulate my nervous system and heal from within."
Ms Pringle said the immersive workshops combine guided meditation, hypnotic suggestion, and reiki healing to achieve "deep, lasting change on both a cellular and energetic level".
Each session also includes breathwork exercises and concludes with a visualisation meditation. Attendees will receive journal prompts to encourage reflection after the class.
Sophie Brown, sales and events manager at Raby Estates, said: "The Raby Reset will be a safe space for all, no matter if this is your first time trying out something like this or if you're experienced in these methods.
"Whilst we often feel more empowered these days to take our health into our own hands, it can feel overwhelming with the vast information that is available online, and the Raby Reset has been carefully curated to provide a fantastic starting point and introduction to the steps we can take moving forward."
Participants can attend individual sessions or complete the full four-part series.
Those who book all four will receive a complimentary 30-minute coaching session with Ms Pringle, a downloadable guided meditation, and a goody bag.

The sessions are intended to help individuals create "healthy habits" and develop "emotional resilience", Ms Pringle said.
Each workshop is priced at £25 per adult. The Raby Reset will take place on January 4, 11, 18, and 25.
