Two new wellness businesses are set to open at a burgeoning retail centre.
Shape Studios, a Reformer Pilates studio, and Sun Tanning Co, offering luxury tanning services, will launch at Roseberry Place in Wynyard Park, occupying units 4B and 7.
Both businesses will operate from just over 1,000 sq ft units on 10-year leases.
Lucy May Walton, the entrepreneur behind the new openings, said: "I’m delighted to be bringing Shape Studios and Sun Tanning Co to Roseberry Place.

"Shape Studios, founded by myself and my business partner Elsa Dunger, is set to introduce a fresh, modern approach to Reformer Pilates.
"Our space will offer premium classes in a luxury studio that will bring a new wellness experience to the area.
"Sun Tanning Co will debut luxury hybrid tanning, alongside the region’s first red-light only therapy and optional tanning bed – a truly distinctive addition to the area.

Roseberry Place features nine retail units across two storeys and is designed to provide convenient, community-focused services for residents and visitors.
Once fully let, the centre is expected to generate more than 30 new jobs, with around 35 roles already created during construction.
