Another posted: “Called in just before 6pm with my dog in tow. hoping I would manage to get some food, still a full Sunday dinner service on, seated quickly, drinks straight away and a huge roast dinner with all the trimmings. Staff were lovely and friendly to both me and the dog, served by Luke, who was great.”
One guest commented: “We had Sunday roast dinner and it was delicious. The selection of meat was good and you can choose between one meat or more. The gammon was exceptionally good. The selection was Beef, chicken, pork and gammon.
“Yorkshire puddings and all the vegetables, mash and roast potatoes were in plenty. The gravy is to die for and you can have more if you ask. A good thing is you can take home what you can't eat.”
