A driver has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after reportedly colliding with a stationary vehicle in County Durham.
Police were called to Stockton Road in Sedgefield at about 8pm on Thursday (October 9) after reports of a crash.
Nobody was injured during the collision.
Durham police have confirmed that a 21-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
A spokesperson for the police force said: "Police were called just after 8pm yesterday (October 9) to a collision in which a car is believed to have collided with a stationary vehicle on Stockton Road, in Sedgefield.

"Officers attended the scene and arrested a 21-year-old woman on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
"She remains in police custody.
"Nobody is thought to have been injured during the incident. "
