This is the face of teenage killer Jack Lawson who has been found guilty of murdering Bishop Auckland dad Craig Yorke.
Craig, 28, was stabbed to death when a feud between two teenagers erupted into violence in the early hours of December 14, last year in Eldon Lane, near Bishop Auckland.
After 19 hours and 13 minutes deliberating a jury at Teesside Crown Court found Lawson, 18, of Willington, guilty of murder by a majority of 10 to 2.
The teen previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter accepting responsibility for inflicting the fatal knife wound - but claimed he acted in self-defence when confronted by rivals.
His four co-accused – Connor Vint and Harry Brown, both 19 of North Bitchburn and Willington, 20-year-old Marley Roles, of Willington, and a teenager who cannot be named as he is under 18 - were cleared of murder and alternative charges of manslaughter.
The trial previously heard the fatal attack took place after Lawson chased his rival Jack Richardson through the streets of Shildon in his car while hurling abuse at the teenager.
In the early hours, the two rival groups clashed and in less than a minute Mr Yorke had suffered a fatal stab wound to the chest in Eldon Lane.
Jurors heard Lawson and the group, were in two cars when Mr Richardson and his two friends, Craig Yorke and Jordan Hodgson, arrived.
Within seconds there was a collision between two vehicles and the three men started attacking a car containing Vint and the unnamed teenager. The sound of the disturbance was caught on CCTV.
Lawson approached the attackers and wrestled with Mr Yorke before delivering the fatal knife injuries.
The teenager will be sentenced on October 7.
