DEPARTING pupils from a County Durham school have come together one last time to celebrate the end of their exams.

The Wolsingham School Year 11 Prom was held at Redworth Hall Hotel, in County Durham, where more than 80 former pupils and teachers from the Advance Learning Partnership academy gathered for one last hurrah.

Nick Mitchinson, head teacher, said: “Year 11 have worked incredibly hard – not just this year preparing for their exams, but throughout their journey with us at Wolsingham School.

“They absolutely deserved a great night to celebrate and unwind. It’s been a pleasure to count them as part of our school, and we wish them the best of luck in wherever their paths take them next.”
