Punters were left devastated last August after The Grange, off Grange Road, announced it would be shutting for good.
The club initially hit the market with a £450,000 price tag in September 2024, before being slashed by £150,000 in March ahead of an auction.
But now, the 2,952sq.ft former late bar has been put back on the market, this time being available to rent for £28,000 per year.
The three-storey building features a large open-plan sales area with two bars and an external terrace on the ground floor.
The first floor is home to a large sales area and terrace, while the second has staff accommodation and offices.
As previously reported, owners Gayle Summersall and David Storer announced the closure of The Grange last August as they stepped away due to retirement and another business partner’s decision to close the bar.
In a statement online, they described it as a “sad day” after “15 years of hard graft” - remembering the “lots of memories and good friends made along the way.”

The news was branded a shame online at the time, with one person saying: “Lots of good times, good luck to you both.“
Another added: “Lots of good memories made there and many nights that I can’t remember too! Good luck to you both in the future”
The listing, from Carver Commercial, details how the bar still has an alcohol license until 3am everyday, which would be taken on by the incoming tenant.
