A major road in Darlington town centre will be closed this weekend.

The highly anticipated return of the Darlington Food and Drink Festival tomorrow (May 2) will see Tubwell Row closed from 7am on Friday - 10pm on Monday, May 5.

The much-loved festival, which is held in Darlington Market, sees the square and surrounding streets packed with residents and visitors, as well as street food stalls, bars, and local producers selling a range of goods, including hot sauce, preserves, and baked goods.

The festival will also feature a variety of live music and children's entertainment, including a circus workshop and face painting.
