A man has died following an incident at a Darlington home.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the Hurworth Road area of Croft-on-Tees on Saturday (February 22) after reports of a man suffering a medical episode.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service sent a helicopter to the scene at around 1.40pm, while several ambulance crews arrived by road.
Durham Constabulary last night (February 24) confirmed that a man, aged in his 30s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.

As previously reported, the air ambulance was believed to have landed on a field just off Hurworth Road in the early afternoon.

A NEAS spokesperson said: "We received a call at 12.43pm on Saturday 22 February to reports of a person unwell at a private address in Darlington.
"We dispatched two ambulance crews and a specialist paramedic to the scene, and requested support from our colleagues at the Great North Air Ambulance Service."
