A convicted child sex offender has been branded a dangerous paedophile by a judge as he passed a 21-year sentence for his "degrading" behaviour.
Colin Milton subjected two victims to repeated sexual abuse as he fulfilled his sickening and depraved sexual fantasies.
The 58-year-old would lock one of the young victims in his home before repeatedly raping and abusing her.
Teesside Crown Court heard how he forced the teenage girl to perform a sex act on another child victim after sexually abusing her himself.
Paul Newcombe, prosecuting, said Milton would also force the girl to wear a school uniform so that she resembled a ten-year-old.
In a powerful victim impact statement, the first victim bravely stood up in court and told her abuser of the devastating impact his behaviour had and continues to have on her life.
Fighting back tears, she said: “Not only did you he take my childhood; I am still suffering as a result of his actions.
“I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I can’t take my children to school or maintain relationships or friendships and I have night terrors.”
The second victim also stood in the witness box to deliver her impact statement. She said: “When I think of Colin Milton, I feel pure hate for what he did to my life – I wish I felt nothing.
“I am absolutely consumed by hating him.”
The judge heard how the defendant had been sentenced in 2005 and 2012 for sex offences against children.
Milton, of Clevedon Road, Blackpool, but formerly from the Teesside area, pleaded guilty to rape, false imprisonment and three charges of gross indecency with a child, which all occurred several years ago.
Harry Crowson, mitigating, said his client deserved credit for his guilty pleas and urged to give to give him a 25 per cent discount.
Judge Timothy Stead sentenced Milton to 21 years in prison with an additional five years on extended licence for his "degrading" attacks as he branded him a "committed paedophile".

“You referred to her as a ‘little rag doll’ because you thought you could do to her what you saw fit,” he said. “You clearly saw her a child. You dressed her in school uniform for your own gratification.
“She had lost so much weight at the time that she was able to get into clothing designed for a ten-year-old which shows how vulnerable she was.”
Milton was ordered to sign on the sex offenders’ register for the remainder of his life.
“You plied both of them with alcohol and had sex with one of the victims in front of the other,” Judge Smith added. “This was degrading conduct.”
