Excited Teesside families threw on their best Christmas jumpers, Santa hats, and reindeer antlers as they jetted off to meet Santa in Lapland.
Kids and adults alike boarded a packed flight to Pajala, in Swedish Lapland, today (Thursday, December 12) for a special day trip with Newmarket Holidays.
After touching down on Sweden's snowy landscapes, the group were treated to a reindeer sleigh ride, husky and snowmobile experiences, and even a meeting with Saint Nick himself.
The jam-packed trip included return flights, including meals, as well as the activities, lunch and a loan of thermal suits and boots.
Meanwhile, a second fully booked flight to Enontekio Airport, Finland, is due to depart on Saturday (December 14) with Transun.
Bookings are still open for Christmas 2025 with both Transun and Newmarket.
