The "executive" row of properties - located on Field View Close - were built by Acland Homes on a plot of land just off Green Lane. 

The "magnificent" detached properties are home to living space spanning over 3,017 sq ft and are "thoughtfully designed to cater to modern living."

Rightmove currently lists five plots out of six being up for grabs on the site, with the new-builds being located on the former camping site of B&B Field View.

The new development is described by agent Ashbrookes Limited as being in a "prime location" due to being within walking distance to Yarm Train Station, Conyers School, and several stores including a Co-op and Aldi.

One of the biggest features in the properties are the oak and iron spindled staircase, which leads to the first floor.
