Police say they are becoming "increasingly concerned" as they search for a North East man who has not been seen for three weeks.
Mark McNeil, 44 has not been seen for three weeks by his family and friends but was only reported missing to police late last week.
Mark, who has links to Hartlepool and Stockton, has a recognisable neck tattoo which says 'Verlayne'.
He is 6'1" tall of slim build, has blue eyes and a shaved head.
Cleveland Police say: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for Mark’s wellbeing and welfare and would make a direct appeal to him, urging him to contact someone to let them know he is safe and well.
"We would also ask anyone who has seen Mark or who knows his current whereabouts to contact Cleveland Police ASAP on the 101 number.
