A medical group that owns 17 GP surgeries across North Yorkshire has warned patients about a one-day closure in June that could impact people's plans.

Heartbeat Primary Care CIC and a group of local GPs who are working together to make improvements to local health services are reminding patients in the Hambleton and Richmondshire area that several GP practices will be closed between 12pm and 6.30pm on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, due to important staff training.

Out-of-hours cover has been arranged for patients who require urgent medical attention between these hours.
