IN the week where Manchester City's Bernardo Silva visited Lodore Falls - we thought it would be good to look at which other famous faces had visited the Lakes hotel which is now becoming somewhat of a celebrity hotspot.

City's legendary Portuguese midfielder was spotted staying at the Lodore Falls Hotel and Spa in Borrowdale on Monday, May 6.

In a statement on social media, Lodore Falls Hotel and Spa said: "We have just had the pleasure of hosting Manchester City's legendary Bernardo Silva who stayed with us last night.

"Thank you so much for choosing the Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa and we hope to welcome you back."

In recent years the hotel has became a hive of popularity for a number of celebs who are taking the opportunity to take a holiday or short break in the Lake District.

In February, we reported on Strictly Come Dancing star Maisie Smith and Wanted (the band) boyfriend Max George staying at the hotel.

They are just among some of the stars to choose the iconic Keswick hotel. Love Island's Molly Mae-Hague, the creative director of Pretty Little Thing, Tommy Fury, and Kady McDermott have also visited The Falls Spa.

And if that's not enough, Mizu Pan, the hotel's much sought-after Asian restaurant, revealed they had welcomed actor Colin Firth, who posed alongside hotel workers back in February of this year.

Another famous face to grace the halls of the hotel on the shores of Derwentwater was 90's heartthrob and Irish band Boyzone member Ronan Keating, who was spotted outside of the venue.

In a post on social media in February, Lodore Falls Hotel and spa said: "Molly Mae & Tommy Fury, Ronan Keating and many more...

"With our award-winning The Falls Spa and Mizu Pan Asian Restaurant, Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa often attracts the attention of celebrities and influencers seeking a relaxing escape in the Lake District."

Its understood that whilst filming Supernova in the area with Stanley Tucci, Colin popped into the popular Mizu for a spot of pan-Asian lunch.
