Pictures have emerged of the scene following a crash near a Darlington park.
Durham Police have confirmed they were called to a two-vehicle collision on Heslop Drive in Darlington shortly after 11:55am today (April 23).
Images of the scene showed both cars sustaining significant damage following the incident.
An eyewitness reported two men at the scene helped move the blue car to the side of the road.

They said they helped one of the drivers out of their car.
A Durham Police spokesperson said: “Police were called shortly after 11.55am today (April 23) to a two-vehicle collision on Heslop Drive, in Darlington.
“Nobody was injured.”
