Police have issued a warning after "potentially dangerous" drugs were stolen from a vehicle in Middlesbrough.

The incident took place on Cavendish Road between 6.46pm and 7pm yesterday (April 9).

Adrenaline was stolen and if taken without prescription it could be dangerous to anyone who takes it.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Adrenaline was stolen from the vehicle between 6:46pm and 7pm yesterday evening, Tuesday 9th April.

"Taken without prescription, the medication could potentially be dangerous to anyone who may take it.

"Anyone who finds the medication is asked to take it to a local pharmacy or call Cleveland Police on 101."
