Beauty giant Sephora has this week confirmed they will be opening two new stores in the North East this year - here's where.
Newcastle's Eldon Square and the Metro Centre in Gateshead will be the two latest UK locations to open under the Sephora brand this Autumn, which already has over 2,500 stores worldwide.
The beauty retailer, which offers a range of skincare and makeup products including Gucci Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury already has locations in York and Manchester, with the latter set to open in the coming months.
As construction continues, Sarah Boyd the Managing Director of Sephora UK has praised the "bold" step for the company.
She said: "Continuing our trend of listening to our customers and where they want to see us open, we heard the beauty community of the North East loud and clear when they asked us to open in Newcastle city centre and the Metro Centre.

"Opening not one, but two amazing beauty playgrounds at the same time is a bold step, and one we have great confidence in.
"We are beyond excited to welcome all the passionate beauty lovers of the region to our stores and to create an iconic moment for retail in the North East."
Pictures show that the unit in Eldon Square is already under construction, with bold signage stating the store will open "this Autumn", but no exact date has yet been confirmed.
