Police are appealing for information after a 'petrol bombing' incident in Hartlepool.
Officers are hoping to get information or CCTV footage relevant to two attacks.
The first happened around midnight on Tankerville Street on March 30 when two males reportedly threw a petrol bomb through a letter box and through a front window.
The second incident was on Stephen Street on March 21 when four men are believed to have set fire to the front door and window at an address.
It is not yet clear if the two incidents are connected.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "The first occurred at an address on Tankerville Street in Hartlepool on the evening of Saturday 30th March 2024 at around midnight.
"It was reported that two males threw an item described as a petrol bomb through the letter box and through the front window of the address.
"The males were described as white, of slim build, wearing tracksuit bottoms, trainers and jackets.
"The second incident occurred at an address on Stephen Street in Hartlepool on the afternoon of Sunday 31st March at around 4pm.
"Officers received reports that four males attended the address and set fire to the front door and window.
"The four male suspects were described as white, of slim build. One was wearing wellies, one was wearing a camouflage jacket and the others wearing dark tracksuits.
"Fortunately, no injuries were reported in either incident.

"At this time, detectives cannot rule out if the two incidents are linked at this time but would urge anyone with information or relevant footage, to call 101, quoting incident numbers 057878 (Tankerville Street) and 058194 (Stephen Street)."
