Police are appealing for information after a man was allegedly pushed into a van in a residential street.

Cleveland Police said it was reported that a man was pushed into a grey van by a number of males on Fordyce Road, Middlesbrough, at around 4.25pm on Thursday (March 21).

Officers have since confirmed the man is safe and well. Two men, aged 19 and 33, have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in police custody.
