*UPDATE: Ryan has been found safe and well*
Officers are appealing for the public’s assistance to help find a Washington man who is missing.
Ryan Borrowdale, who is from the Sulgrave area, was last in contact with family at 9pm yesterday (Wednesday) but has not been heard from since.
Police and his family are growing increasingly concerned for the 22-year-old’s welfare.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who may have information on where he might be to contact them.
Ryan, who has links to the Gateshead area, is described as a white male, 5ft 6in tall, of fair complexion, slim build and with short light brown hair.

It is believed that he may be wearing a blue tracksuit and white trainers.
He drives a blue Renault Clio car with the registration NY04 FLB.
Anyone with information on where Ryan could be should call Northumbria Police on 101, quoting reference number NP-20240320-1027.
