Teesside Park remains one of the region’s busiest shopping parks.
Thousands of shoppers descend on the retail site, built on the former Stockton Race Course, each day.
But those spending a day out at the centre haven’t always had the same selection of shops to choose from, with retailers coming and going over the years.
Now-defunct brands once had bustling stores while some businesses who trade their now had never been heard of in the 90s when Teesside Park opened.
With a big year ahead as Primark plans to open there, we’ve taken a look through our archives and picked out a selection of snaps through the years showing how Teesside Park has changed.
