The ground floor has an entrance hall, large lounge to the front of the property with a large kitchen to the rear.
The rear of the building has two external stores with a garage.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, with the master to the front of the property, including dressing room, and WC and bathroom to the rear.
The second floor comprises of two bedrooms.
The proposed works have been designed to remain sympathetic to the buildings original form, with works to the external fabric of the building minimised, and intended to complement the existing materiality and character of the building.
The current condition is poor with many areas indicating water ingress.
