Police have released CCTV images of a missing teenager a week since the last known sighting of him.

Officers have become “extremely concerned” for the welfare of Lewis Penfold-Roche, who has now not been seen since last Sunday (January 28), in Billingham.

The 18-year-old is said to have not, since, been in touch with his family, which is considered out of character.
