Emergency services have rushed to Ashington to tackle a fire at a pub.
Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service have sent crews to deal with the incident at The Castle pub Woodhorn Road.
Five appliances and two aerial ladder platforms are in use.
A road closure is also now in place and the fire service are asking people to avoid the area.

A spokesperson for Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service said: "Fire crews are currently attending a fire at a property on Woodhorn Road, Ashington.
"Five appliances and an aerial ladder platform are in attendance alongside other agencies.

"We've a second aerial ladder platform on route to the fire on Woodhorn Road.
"A road closure is also in place."
An eyewitness said the incident is at the Castle Pub.
We have contacted Northumbria Police for more information.
