A man has been charged with wounding following an alleged violent disorder incident in a North East town.
A 36-year-old man has been charged following reported violent disorder in the Hemlington area in the early hours of Sunday (November 26).
He has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent to resist/prevent arrest and affray.
He is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 29th November).
This comes after Cleveland force officers responded to an outbreak of fire reported in the Hemlington area at 2.40am.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
Three other men and two women were also arrested in connection with the incident.
Cleveland Fire Brigade and the North East Ambulance Service also attended.
