A Darlington takeaway pasta restaurant has appeared up for sale eight months after it opened in the town. 

Casa Della Pasta opened on Skinnergate in March this year in the unit once occupied by Barnacles Fish & Chips, and business has been getting busier and busier day by day.

Offering pasta, loaded fries, salads, sandwiches, sweet treats, and hot and cold drinks, it is a popular choice for those who work around the Skinnergate area of Darlington. 

Despite only opening eight months ago, the Casa Della Pasta name has now appeared on the sales market. 

Offering eat-in, take-out, and delivery, the business is up for grabs for £39,999.

Appearing for sale over the last few days with estate agent Parker Barras, the restaurant, which is mainly a takeaway but can seat 12-15 people, is described as a "unique opportunity".
