Greggs has announced further digital investment, leading to the creation of more than 20 new roles at its Quorum Business Park headquarters.

The North-East business, founded in 1939 by John Gregg, has grown to be one of the UK’s leading food-on-the-go retailers with ambitions to have significantly more than 3,000 shops in the UK.

As part of this expansion, the business is investing in cutting-edge technology to help redefine the way it connects with its customers. The ongoing digital transformation will see investment in all areas of the business, including the Greggs App, website, shop systems and supply chain.
