A County Durham Christmas market will be taking place this weekend with something for all of the family.
Dalton Park's outdoor Artisan Christmas Market is taking place this weekend celebrating 38 local independent sellers.
Guests can browse favourite North East traders including Fire Pit Pizza and Truffle Pig who will be dishing up delicious sweet and savoury food and The Merry Tipple and House of Ruhr will be serving up something a little stronger.

The market will also show off the craftsmanship of the local area with handmade gifts on offer, from Christmas decorations to candles, personalised keepsakes and pet products, perfect for those looking for unique gifts for loved ones.
During the weekend, the Grinch will be at the centre giving away some treats, and the elves will be hosting games and activities to keep little ones entertained while parents shop.
On November 16, Buddy the Elf will be on site with an extra special present for some lucky visitors, something that is not to be missed.
