One person has been taken to hospital after a vehicle overturned during a crash on the A19 on Friday (October 13) afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the A-road, near the A698 Billingham, following reports of a two-vehicle collision.
After arriving on the scene, firefighters, paramedics and the police found one car overturned and another with damage to the front.

The ambulance service has confirmed one person was taken to hospital.
A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We received a call at 15:18 this afternoon to reports of a three-vehicle road traffic incident on A19 North near Wolviston.
"We sent a clinical team leader, an emergency ambulance crew and a community first responder and took one patient to North Tees Hospital."
Cleveland Fire Brigade also confirmed its attendance at the scene, which saw three firefighters attend the A19.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "We were called at 3.18pm to an incident on the A19 Northbound. RTC involving two vehicles. Three fire engines were in attendance from Billingham and Stockton.
"One person self-rescued and was handed over to NEAS. Crews made the scene safe and had left by 4pm.”
Cleveland Police were also at the scene, with images of the incident showing officers clearing the road.

However, the police force has not issued an official statement yet.
On social media, Cleveland Police issued an ongoing statement during the incident, which read: "Emergency services are currently on scene dealing with a collision on the A19 northbound near Billingham - prior to the A689 turn off. Two lanes are currently closed.
"Please use alternative routes."
Cleveland Police has been contacted for a comment.
