Stars of popular ITV show Vera have been spotted continuing filming for series 13, including dropping in at a North East hotel whilst on location.

In preparation to bring audiences yet another series of the detective drama, crews of Vera have been seen taking to locations across the region in recent months, including Redcar, Hexham, Wylam and North Shields.

However, on Tuesday (August 29) and Wednesday (August 30), crews flocked to Hartlepool to capture some picturesque and aerial views of the Marina and harbourside.
