A 33-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl have been arrested following a report of a break-in at a pub near Yarm
North Yorkshire Police received a call at around 2.10pm on Sunday 13 August that two people had been seen trying to break into The Ship Inn, Low Worsall, while the pub was closed.
Officers attended the scene and confirmed that a motorcycle the pair had arrived on, had been stolen from the Cleveland area.

They were both arrested on suspicion of theft of a motorcycle, burglary, and going equipped for theft.
Both, who are from the Middlesbrough area, have been released on conditional police bail to allow for further enquiries to be carried out.
