Darlington stunt driver and multiple record holder Paul Swift will once again be in the cinch Live Arena this year attempting his toughest test of driving skills yet.

The British Motor Show is preparing to host another Guinness World Records title attempt at this year’s show, having hosted two titles at last year’s show.

This year some special guests will be there who have their own Guinness World Records stories.

For this year’s record, Paul will be taking on the challenge of completing five car stunts in the fastest possible time, meaning he will need to be at the top of his game as he tries to beat the clock and smash a brand-new record.

Bringing together multiple stunts seamlessly takes years of training and expertise, with the added pressure of only having 60 seconds makes this a truly special Guinness World Records attempt.

Also getting in on the action is AJ Pritchard, the former star of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.

The young dancer is no stranger to Guinness World Records attempts, having been part of the Strictly line-up attempting to break the record for the most Botafogo dance steps in 30 seconds.

This year AJ will be just one of the celebrities who will be joining Paul Swift in the car as he attempts to set his latest record.
