Much-loved ‘kings of the road’ from yesteryear have been dusted down and spruced up for show to the public tomorrow (Sunday, June 25).
Redcar Rugby Club is staging The Classic and Retro Show, at its Green Lane ground, from 10am.
The new event, promoted by Classic and Retro Events and sponsored by Darlington Keys, is a celebration of all modes of transport more than 20-years-old.

It features an array of classic and retro cars, ‘hot-hatch’ 90s’ vehicles, an ‘autojumble’, children’s bouncy castle, small infants’ rides, and a variety of stalls.
The club is hoping to make it a regular event on the calendar and build on it in future years to provide some fun and enjoyment for the local community.
