Sunderland has been named one of the best places in England to raise a child, according to new research.
It comes as experts from CIA Landlords Insurance ranked the best and worst locations in England to send your children to school based on various factors, including the number of quality schools available, average rent prices in the area and the average cost of pre-schools.
