It was Beyoncé who kicked off the North East’s huge line-up of summer music concerts and now fans of the region’s very own Sam Fender won’t have long to wait to see him live in action once more.

Sam will be performing two shows at St. James’ Park in Newcastle on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10.

The Seventeen Going Under hitmaker has recently revealed a collaboration with Greggs ahead of the shows, offering people a “pre-gig experience” at the Greggs’ Grainger Street shop in the city, as it transforms into a dive bar on both show dates.

Other mega names due to perform this month are rock band Arctic Monkeys and American popstar P!nk.
